About Heather’s Joy

Heather’s Joy is a creative studio devoted to building things that spark wonder, offer connection, and quietly uplift the world.

I’m Heather Goff – ceramist, designer, storyteller, and joyful maker of things.

Over the years, I’ve built brands, websites, sculptures, illustrated books, plush toys, and magical experiences – but the real thread connecting it all has been this:

Creativity is how I connect. It’s how I play. It’s how I bring light into the world.

My creative journey began with two hands-on businesses: Folk Tiles, where I crafted ceramic tile art, and Goffgrafix, where I designed and programmed websites and helped people build their online presence. That early work taught me to listen deeply, problem-solve with heart, and bring someone’s vision to life.

In 2019, my husband and I opened Island Folk Pottery, a shared dream where Bill’s whimsical sculptures meet my storytelling and trail design. Our woodland fairy path and pottery studio invite visitors to reconnect with imagination and wonder.

Then came Ploppals – a joyful, silly, and healing brand born from a plush poop with a loving message. This project stretched me into product design, animation, marketing, and emotional storytelling. I’ve learned so much, and I’m still learning.

Today, all these creative paths come together under Heather’s Joy, LLC. It’s more than a studio – it’s the hearth that keeps my spark glowing. A space where curiosity leads, joy fuels the process, and what I make is crafted to uplift.

Whether it’s a sculpture, a story, a tile, or a toy – everything I create is made with care, meaning, and a wish to brighten someone’s day.

Thank you for visiting. I’m so glad our paths have crossed.
